Ill Boss exists to educate, empower, and advocate for individuals living with chronic and invisible illness — confronting a world that measures human worth through productivity, and building the tools, community, and frameworks for people whose bodies have interrupted that equation. We center rare disease patients, conditions that disproportionately affect women, and conditions that disproportionately and specifically affect Black women — equipping our community with the language, tools, resources, and solidarity to live fully, advocate boldly, and build sustainable livelihoods on their own terms.
